Ingredients

1/4 lb. Smoked Sablefish
Sleeve of crackers of your choice (we used the Carr's Poppy & Sesame Crackers at Safeway)
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 red onion

Instructions

Notes:

  1. Cut sablefish into small, bite-sized chunks
  2. Smear about 1 tbsp of cream cheese onto the cracker (adjust depending on cracker size)
  3. Top with thinly sliced red onions and cilantro
