Shipping

All fish lose weight during the smoking process. This will vary by species. Shipping is typically through UPS/FedEx with insurance. Please call if FedEx is preferred. All seafood left longer than 2 weeks without prior arrangement will be donated. Kodiak Fresh Seafood is not responsible for lost or late shipments. Please notify us immediately with any issues.

Supplier shall deliver the goods and/or perform the services as specified in the applicable Purchase Order. Supplier shall package and ship all goods in accordance with such industry standards as may be applicable to ensure that the goods are received by Buyer in good condition compliance with the Purchase Order. The applicable Purchase Order number must appear on all shipping containers, packing lists, delivery tickets and bills of lading.

All Domestic shipping is completed through FedEx Ground service. Typical shipping times may vary, but an estimated shipping time is between 7-10 days. We will also do our best to ship your order within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping quotes are accurate in the continental United States only. Please contact us for a shipping quote outside of this region.

Failure to ensure that your shipping address is correct will result in delivery to an incorrect address or failure to deliver.

Refunds

In the event of a lost or late shipment, please contact us at 907-942-9026 or email us. We are committed to offering the highest quality seafood products available, and we will speak with you to determine how to best respond to any issues you may have.

Because of the perishable nature of the product, we will not accept return packages of fish. Please do not attempt to return fish.
